Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it
• The item must be in its original packaging
• You must have proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

How to Start a Return

Email us at info@pawzelio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 1-2 business days with instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@pawzelio.com with a photo and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
